2024/2025 CANCELLATION POLICY:
The retainer payment (Deposit) that you make upon booking reserves and starts the planning of our services for your date and time, and is non-refundable after 48 hours. Non-weather related cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will forfeit 100% of the event cost.

(We recommend planning ahead with one of these options in case of poor weather)
When booking, the client acknowledges that poor weather is a possibility, so if within 48 hours of your event the weather forecast predicts inclement weather, our management team will reach out to you to discuss available options. These options may include, and are limited to:
#1) Using a backup indoor or protected location such as a large tent or nearby pavilion (tents typically must be rented in advance from a 3rd party - Little Palm Picnics & Events does not have large tents available for rent), #2) Rescheduling within the calendar year (subject to calendar availability), #3) Refunding all but the retainer payment.
In the event of bad/severe weather our management team reserves the right to refuse set up if the weather poses a risk to our team or inventory. See above options if we decide that setup is not possible.
